http://betweenthebars.org -- the main page currently shows a chronological view of all posts over time. New posts are made by sending email to incoming@betweenthebars.org with the posts as attachments.
One of the main goals of the system is to provide a platform that allows people in prison to transition from paper-based blogging to electronic blogging after they are released or gain Internet access.

Bugs
- Should offer PDF in blog post. Needn't be "attachment", but should be available.
- Numerical ordering of page scans, not alphabetic.
- Larger scans? Display fewer at once?
- User creation by moderators?
- Photos for users, more profile info
- Make the process of approving and setting titles and authors of posts easier.
- Put originals next to transcription box
Features needed
- Receive from FAX
- Per-prison, county, jurisdictional information
- Feeds, notifications of posts to friends/family
- tagging for general classification
- "About" page, work on presentation and such.
